Arch Supports in New Orleans & Metairie

We've been fitting arch supports in New Orleans since 2002. The right one depends on your arch, where your weight lands, and where your foot bends β€” not on what's on sale. Come see us at any of our four stores and we'll figure it out together.

No system, no package, no contract

      Buy One Pair

You don't have to buy three at once or sign anything. Come in, get measured, try them on your own feet, and take home the one that helps.

      Start With What Hurts

Heel pain, worst on the first step in the morning

Usually plantar fasciitis. Our Heel Relief and Heel Relief Pro are built for it β€” firm under the arch, cushioned at the heel. Soft alone doesn't fix it. Also see shoes for plantar fasciitis.

Arches that collapse when you stand

You want structure, not padding. A soft insole under a flat foot just compresses and you're back where you started. Start with the Power or Summit Pro. More on flat feet.

A high arch with a gap under it

Nothing in the shoe touches the middle of your foot, so all your weight lands on the heel and the ball. The right support fills that space. More on high arches.

Burning under the ball of the foot

Often a metatarsal issue. The Ultra MP has a met pad, but placement matters β€” an inch off makes it worse. Get this one fitted rather than guess.

Flats and dress shoes with no room

Most supports won't fit a ballet flat. The Ballerina Pro is cut narrow for shoes with no depth.

Tired feet at the end of a shift, no specific pain

Sometimes a cushion is all you need, and we'd rather tell you that. Also see on your feet all day.

      How We Fit You

      1. The imprint

You step on a Harris mat. It shows your arch height and exactly where your weight lands. Takes about ten seconds and it's free.

      2. Both feet measured

Length, width, and arch length β€” where your foot actually bends. That last one decides where the support has to sit, and almost nobody has ever had it measured.

      3. We watch you walk

Whether you pronate, and how much.

      4. You try them on your feet

We pull the ones that suit your arch, fit them to your arch length, and trim them to your shoe. Then you walk in them, in the store, in your own shoes. You'll feel the difference between them.

Free whether or not you buy. No appointment. More on how the fitting works.

Bring the shoes. A support that's right for your foot but wrong for the shoe doesn't work. Some shoes have removable insoles and plenty of depth; some have neither. Bring the pair you actually want to wear them in β€” that's the only way to know before you buy.

Sometimes the answer is no. Plenty of people walk in expecting to need arch supports and leave with just the right shoe instead. We'd rather tell you that than sell you something you don't need.
