Step In, Don't Pull
Most people reach down out of habit. Don't. Point your toes in and step down. The heel folds under your foot, then springs back into place once you're in. To take them off, nudge the heel with your other foot and step out.

How Kizik Should Fit
- Between sizes? Kizik says go up a half size
- Your heel should sit snug once the back springs up. No slipping
- Set the laces once to the fit you like, then leave them alone
- The insole comes out, so your orthotic or arch support fits
Why We Carry It
For a lot of our customers, bending down to put on a shoe is the hardest part of the day. Kizik takes that away without looking like a medical shoe. It looks like a regular sneaker, with a mild arch and a cushioned sole.
