That's Aetrex's own recommendation, and it holds up on our floor. If you land between two sizes, take the larger one β especially if you'll be wearing your own orthotic in them.
How to Measure at Home
Stand up, in the socks you'll actually wear with them, and measure heel to longest toe. Do both feet β one is almost always bigger, and you fit the bigger one. Then match the inches to the chart above.
Or skip it and come in. We measure length, width and arch length for free, and that last one is what decides whether the shoe's support lands where your foot needs it.
