The Basics

• 30 days from purchase on new, unused shoes in original packaging
• Refunds issued within 2 business days of us receiving your return
• Exchanges: treat it as a return and re-order what you want from the storefront
• Try them on indoors. Returns won't be accepted if there are obvious signs of wear

How to Pack a Return

This matters more than people expect, and it's where most restocking fees come from.

• Mail the shoes back in their original shoe box
• Put that shoe box inside a cardboard mailing box — the one your order arrived in works fine
• Do not put a shipping label on the shoe box itself. That's how shoes get lost or damaged in transit
• Do not use plastic poly mailers for boxed shoes, for the same reason

Restocking Fees

We'd rather never charge these, and packing your return properly means we won't have to.

• Up to 100% on orders returned with damaged or obviously worn shoes
• 20% on orders where the original packaging is damaged from inadequate protection in shipping — meaning no outer shipping box, as above

Sale Items

All sale shoes purchased online are final sale.

Orleans Shoe Co. is an authorized retailer of all listed brands and products. Purchasing from our stores with the express intent of resale violates our terms of service and the manufacturer's warranty policy, and may result in ineligibility for return authorization, warranty services, and future purchases.
