Free Returns on All Regular Priced Shoes
Thirty days on new, unused shoes in their original packaging. Return by mail or walk into any of our four stores — whichever is easier.

Request your return and we'll email you a prepaid label in a couple of minutes. Or bring the shoes to any store and we'll handle it at the counter.

The Basics
- 30 days from purchase on new, unused shoes in original packaging
- Return labels are emailed to you when you request a return through the Return Center. There's no label in the box
- Refunds issued within 2 business days of us receiving your return
- Exchanges: treat it as a return and re-order what you want from the storefront
- Try them on indoors. We don't accept returns on worn shoes
How to Pack a Return
This matters more than people expect, and it's where most restocking fees come from.
- Mail the shoes back in their original shoe box
- Put that shoe box inside a cardboard mailing box — the one your order arrived in works fine
- Do not put a shipping label on the shoe box itself. That's how shoes get lost or damaged in transit
- Do not use plastic poly mailers for boxed shoes, for the same reason
Arch supports are different. The only way to know if an arch support works is to wear it. So if yours aren't comfortable, return them within 30 days for a refund or exchange — even if they've been worn. Try them, walk in them, and if they're not right, bring or send them back.
Restocking Fees
We'd rather never charge this, and packing your return properly means we won't have to.
- 20% on orders where the original shoe box is damaged from poor packing in shipping — meaning no outer shipping box, as above
Sale Items
Sale shoes bought online can't be mailed back, but you can return them at any of our four stores.
Resellers
Orleans Shoe Co. is an authorized retailer of all listed brands and products. Purchasing from our stores with the express intent of resale violates our terms of service and the manufacturer's warranty policy, and may result in ineligibility for return authorization, warranty services, and future purchases.
