What the Job Actually Is

You measure feet. You listen to somebody describe where it hurts and how they spend their day, then you pull three pairs off the wall and explain why. You watch them walk. You get it right.

It's not pushing product. Half the time the honest answer is a cheaper shoe or no arch support at all, and that's the answer we want you to give. People come back to us for twenty years because of that.

What We're Looking For

• You're comfortable talking to strangers all day
• You'd rather solve someone's problem than close a sale
• You can be on your feet through a shift
• You show up when you said you would
• Weekend availability — Saturday is our busiest day
• Retail or service industry experience helps, but it isn't required
