How the Fitting Works

1. You step on a Harris mat. The imprint shows your arch — high, low, or in between — and exactly where your weight lands when you stand.
2. We measure both feet for length, width, and arch length, which is where your foot actually bends. One foot is almost always bigger.
3. We watch you walk.
4. We pull the supports that suit your arch, fit them to your arch length, and trim them to your shoe.
5. You walk in them, in the store, in your own shoes. You'll feel the difference.

Will These Fit My Shoes?

Most of the time, yes. We'll check the shoes you're wearing when you come in. If they're in good shape and fit right, we'll set you up with supports and you're done.

If your shoes are worn out or don't fit, we'll tell you straight — and we've got four stores full of comfort shoes to choose from. But we'll never push new shoes on you if you don't need them.

How do I know which one I need?

You try them. We narrow it to the ones that suit your arch and your shoe, then you walk in each one. The difference is usually obvious once it's on your foot.

Do I need an appointment?

No. Walk into any of our four stores any time we're open and we'll fit you on the spot.

I have plantar fasciitis. Can you help?

Yes — this is what we do. Our Heel Relief support is built for plantar fasciitis and heel pain. We'll take a Harris mat imprint and match you to the right support, and point you toward shoes that help.

Can I return arch supports if they don't work?

Yes, within 30 days — even worn, because wearing them is the only way to know. See our return policy.

Will the supports work in my own shoes?

Usually. Bring the shoes you actually want to wear them in and we'll check. Some shoes have removable insoles and plenty of depth; some have neither.

Do you take insurance?

We do not accept insurance. These are over-the-counter arch supports, not prescription orthotics.
