The Severn Avenue store is our Metairie home base — a full comfort and running shoe store in the heart of Fat City, minutes from Lakeside Shopping Center, Ochsner, and the West Esplanade clinics. The whole wall is here: running, walking, work, recovery, and dress, in widths from medium to extra-wide. Every fitting is done by a Certified Arch Support Specialist who measures your feet before handing you a single shoe.

Yes. Every location has Certified Arch Support Specialists and custom-fit arch supports. Bring the shoes you live in and we'll fit an insole to your arch.

Can I return an online order at the Severn store?

Yes. Bring it in with your receipt and we'll handle it at the counter, or use the return center.
