Severn is our Metairie home base and our biggest store — a full comfort and running floor, minutes from Lakeside and Ochsner. Fittings are free and take about ten minutes.
- We fit the bigger foot. Almost nobody is symmetrical. We measure arch length too — the spot where the shoe needs to bend.
- Width matters more than length. Narrow through 4E in select New Balance, up to triple wide in SAS.
- We know the medical side. Plantar fasciitis, bunions, neuromas, post-surgical. Tell us what hurts and we'll pull three pairs instead of thirty.
- Bring it back if it's wrong. Free 30-day returns on regular-priced items. Try it on a shift and come back if it doesn't work.
