It's a real comfort and running shoe store in the middle of the Quarter — running, walking, work, recovery, and dress, in widths from medium to extra-wide — fitted in person by a Certified Arch Support Specialist who measures your feet before handing you a single shoe.

The French Quarter is one of the most walkable — and hardest on your feet — neighborhoods in the country. Cobblestones, uneven sidewalks, and miles of it. If your shoes are wrong, you'll feel it by lunch. Come in, we'll fit you in ten minutes, and you'll spend the rest of your trip walking instead of limping.

• We measure both feet, every visit. One foot is almost always bigger. We fit to the larger one.
• Width matters more than length. Most foot pain on a long day of walking comes from the wrong width. We stock medium, wide, and extra-wide — up to 4E in select New Balance.
• Arch support fit to you. High arch and flat foot need different shoes inside the same brand. We fit the right insole, not a guess.
• Bring it back if it's wrong. No restocking fees. Free 30-day returns on regular-priced items, even after you've flown home.
• We know the medical side. Plantar fasciitis, bunions, neuromas, post-surgical recovery. Tell us what hurts and we'll narrow the wall to three pairs.

Yes. Walk in, no appointment. A full fitting takes about ten minutes and it's free. Wear or bring the socks you'll actually walk in.
