Magazine Street is made for walking in and out of shops. This is the one where you leave with shoes that actually fit. It's our most fashion-forward store: boots and statement pieces up front, and the same running, work, and recovery shoes we fit everybody in. A fitting takes about ten minutes and it's free.
- Both feet, every visit. One runs bigger on almost everybody, and we measure arch length on top of size.
- Width matters more than length. We stock narrow through 2E in most brands, and 4E in select New Balance.
- We know the medical side. Plantar fasciitis, bunions, neuromas, post-surgical. A good-looking shoe that hurts is still the wrong shoe.
- Bring it back if it's wrong. Free 30-day returns on regular-priced items, no questions.

Who we fit on Magazine
We're close to Touro, Children's Hospital, and Ochsner Baptist, so we fit a lot of nurses and healthcare workers. But it's a whole-neighborhood store: Uptown and Garden District regulars, teachers, restaurant staff up and down the street, and anyone on their feet all day.
