Your arch is unique. Whether it's high, low, or in between matters. Where your weight lands when you stand matters. One foot is almost always bigger than the other. You can't get this right from a picture or an online quiz.

2. You shouldn't pay for what you don't need

Most people don't need a multi-piece system. Most people need one or two supports that match their foot and their day. Be careful with any place that sells you a package whether you need every piece or not.

3. You should be able to return it

Feet are different. Even with a good fitting, sometimes a support doesn't work out. If a store won't take it back, that's a sign.

1. The imprint

   You step on a Harris mat. It shows your arch height and exactly where your weight lands. Takes about ten seconds and it's free.

2. Both feet measured

   Length, width, and arch length — where your foot actually bends. That last one decides where the support has to sit, and almost nobody has ever had it measured.

3. We watch you walk

   Whether you pronate, and how much.

4. You try them on your feet

   We pull the ones that suit your arch and you walk in them, in the store, in your own shoes. You'll feel the difference between them.

Get fitted in person. It takes a few minutes and tells you what your foot actually needs. The Harris mat imprint reads your arch, we measure both feet, then you try the ones that suit it and pick what feels right.

How much do arch supports cost?

Some retailers sell multi-piece systems for several hundred dollars. We sell them one pair at a time, and the right one for your foot is the one you should buy — not the most expensive or the cheapest. Our two most popular are the Summit Pro at $69.95 and the Heel Relief at $99.95.

Can I return arch supports if they don't work?

Yes. If a support isn't right, bring it back within 30 days — even worn, because wearing them is the only way to know. See our return policy. Always check the return policy before you buy, anywhere.

Do I need an appointment?

No. Walk into any of our four stores any time we're open and we'll fit you on the spot.

What if my supports feel too hard?

Firm isn't wrong for everyone — some feet need firmness. But the firmness should match your foot, not a standard package. We fit you in person so it feels right for you.

Do you take insurance?

We do not accept insurance. These are over-the-counter arch supports, not prescription orthotics.
