      Start With the Kayano

      The Gel-Kayano is our best-selling ASICS. It's a stability shoe: if your arches drop or your ankles roll in, it keeps you lined up, with plenty of cushion under you. The new Kayano 33 is here, and we still have the 32.

      Running and Walking

      Gel-Kayano 33 and 32 — stability

      For feet that roll in. Supportive without feeling stiff, and soft under your heel. The Kayano 33 comes in wide.

      Gel-Nimbus 28 — the most cushion

      ASICS's softest everyday shoe. It's neutral, so it's for feet that don't need the extra support.

      Gel-Cumulus 28 — everyday

      A lighter neutral shoe for walking and easy runs.

      Novablast 5 and Superblast 3 — bouncy

      Springier foam for runners who want some pop. The Superblast is unisex and sized in men's.

      Gel-Kinsei Max

      Lots of cushion in a bolder look.

      Tennis and Pickleball

      Running shoes are made to go forward. Court shoes are made for side to side, with a tougher outsole and more support along the edges. Play in running shoes and you'll feel it in your ankles, and you'll wear through the soles fast.

      The Court FF 3 is supportive and built to last. The Gel-Game FF is a lighter everyday court shoe.

      How ASICS Should Fit

      • About a thumb's width past your longest toe
      • Your heel stays locked in when you walk
      • Court shoes should feel a little snugger through the middle than a running shoe, so your foot doesn't slide on quick moves
      • The Superblast is sized in men's. Women go up 1½, so a men's 8 is a women's 9½. The size shows both
