Jason Markk Moso Freshener Shoe Inserts

I recently sent a review about the Hoka Bondi 8's that I purchased before Christmas. I bought 2 pair: 1 for me and 1 for my daughter. I am a nurse and she is a nurse tech. She loves her Bondi 8's. However, for me, I started with extreme lower back pain when I started wearing these. I've never had back pain in my life and I've been a nurse for over 22 years. I stopped wearing the shoes for a few days and the back pain subsided but was not completely gone. I tried wearing them again and the back pain returned. I received a reply from your company expressing your concerns and I very much appreciated it. Since your reply, I went to the store on Severn and spoke with one of your sales reps and the manager. I brought the Bondi 8's with me. They were able to exchange the Bondi 8's for the Gaviota's (I already have a pair of these and have never had a problem with them). Even though I wore the Bondi 8's several times, they still looked new. They looked up my account and saw that I've purchased many shoes from your store. The gladly took the Bondi 8's back and I got another pair of Gaviota's and paid the difference. I didn't even have the box anymore. I would like to let you know that I have a friend who is friends with the owner's of Orleans Show Co and this is by far the BEST customer service I've ever experienced.
