Very Disappointed With the Quality and Customer Service

I was extremely disappointed with both the quality of the shoes and the lack of customer service from Orleans Shoes. After only wearing the shoes twice, the cork on the left shoe started coming apart. For a new pair of shoes, this is simply unacceptable.

I contacted the company by email to explain the problem and waited for a response. When I didn’t hear back, I followed up again. Unfortunately, I still received no response.

Products can occasionally have defects, and I understand that. What is most disappointing is when a company doesn’t respond to a customer who is simply asking for help with a defective product.

I really liked the style of these shoes and wanted to be happy with my purchase, but based on the quality issue and the complete lack of response from customer service, I cannot recommend Orleans Shoes.
