SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

Shipping Costs We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum order required.

Expedited shipping is available at checkout for customers who need their order faster. Rates and delivery estimates are calculated based on your location and shown at checkout.

Delivery Times

• Orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day (Monday–Friday)
• Standard delivery: 3–5 business days after shipment
• Expedited delivery: 1–2 business days after shipment
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day
• All orders ship from our warehouse in Metairie, Louisiana

We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS, choosing the most economical carrier for your destination. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.

Returns We offer free return shipping on all regular-priced items within 30 days of purchase. A prepaid return label is provided with every order — call us at 504-910-2900 if you need help printing it.

If you live near New Orleans or Metairie, you may also return or exchange your order at any of our four store locations.

Once we receive your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 2 business days.

Returned merchandise will not be accepted if the item shows obvious signs of wear. We recommend trying shoes on indoors to make sure they fit before wearing them outside.
