Shipping and return policy


For 30 days after your purchase, we'll gladly accept returns of new, unused shoes* in their original packaging. ALL SALE SHOES ARE FINAL SALE. ALL SHOES THAT ARE BOUGHT ON SALE ARE FINAL SALE ONLINE. 

Print your prepaid return label, and attach it to the outside of your package.

Please mail shoes back in their original shoe box.  Please protect the shoe box by returning your item in the cardboard mailing box in which you received your package or any cardboard mailing box which holds your order.  Please DO NOT put a label on the shoe box itself- this can cause your shoes to be lost or damaged in transit. Please do not use plastic poly mailers to return boxed shoes, as this can cause your order to become lost or damaged in transit.

If you'd like to exchange, please treat the order like a return and re-order what you'd like from our storefront.

Once we receive your returned order, we'll issue a refund within 2 business days.

*Returns won't be accepted if the item exhibits any obvious signs of wear. We highly recommend trying on your shoes indoors to make sure they fit. 

Orders returned with damaged and obviously worn shoes will be charged up to a 100% restocking fee, deducted from your refund.
Orders with damage to the original packaging from inadequate protection during return shipping -IE without an outer shipping box as outlined above- will be charged a 20% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. Thank you for your consideration.
