How a fitting works
We measure both feet
Length and width, standing and weighted. Most people have two different sizes, and most people are wearing the smaller one.
We read your arch
A harris mat impression pad shows arch height, pressure points, and how your weight sits across the foot.
We watch you walk
Gait tells us whether you need a neutral shoe or something with support through the medial side.
We pull the right shoes
Usually two or three across different brands, in the right width. You try them on and we lace them properly.
We add support if you need it
Our own custom-fit arch supports help with plantar fasciitis, heel spurs, and arch pain, and they go right into the shoe you pick.
