How our fitting works

It's hands-on and it takes a few minutes. No appointment needed.

We take a Harris mat imprint of your feet to read your arch — high, low, or in between — and see where your weight lands. We measure both feet for length and width, because one foot is almost always bigger. Then we have you walk in the shoe, right there in the store, so you know how it feels before you buy.

What makes a fitting good isn't a gadget — it's someone who knows feet and a store deep enough to actually have your size, your width, and the right shoe in stock. That's what we do, every day, at four locations.
